From desk-side support to a dream career at the Europe’s most important bank 

The beginning

The collaboration with Roberto began in 2019 – at that time he was working in desk-side support for Stefanini. Liene offered him a position at the Europe’s most important bank, which immediately convinced him. Despite an initial hurdle in the application process, they remained persistent. A year later, Roberto got the chance to apply again through Liene and finally got the job he had longed for. The two are still in touch today, and Roberto is very impressed with Liene’s work.

The challenge
