Since the initial encounter in 2020, he has transitioned to roles that more closely align with his evolving professional aspirations. Presently, he is in the capacity of Team Lead of IT Support and Procurement. Furthermore, he is spearheading the ITSM development project within his organization as the functional product owner and leader.
