(Senior) Consultant – Transformation projects (m/f/d)

A friend of ours is the Program Manager for the public sector and is looking for new colleagues for his team in a Germany-wide, mid-sized consultancy. The position is in the area of Public Sector Digitalization and Transformation and offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid model and is part of a dynamic and innovative environment.

Your tasks

• As part of the team, you will advise clients from the public sector and accompany their projects from strategy to implementation
• You will take on independent project management tasks and support the implementation of future-proof IT and digitalization projects
• While using classic and agile methods, you will develop target group-appropriate concepts and processes and will be actively involved in direct client contact
• To work independently or in interdisciplinary teams
