(Senior) Consultant – Telecommunication (f/m/d)

A friend of ours is looking for additional team members for his company, a mid-sized consultancy operating nationwide in Germany. The position in the telecommunications sector offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid model and is part of a dynamic and innovative environment.

Your tasks

• Development of IT strategies and IT solutions in the areas of BSS and OSS for network infrastructure, including portals, CRM systems, and telecom billing systems.
• Coordination and management of projects as a (partial) project leader, particularly in IT strategy, IT implementation, and transformation projects.
• Communication and interface work between business units and IT, including discussing customer requirements and translating them into solutions.
• Analysis and optimization of customer processes as well as support in their introduction and adjustment.
• Development and implementation of solution architectures, particularly in the context of telecom systems and processes.
• Responsibility for managing medium to large projects, including the design phase, testing, and collaboration with internal and external suppliers.

You will enjoy this job if

• You have a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, (Business) Computer Science, or a similar field of study.
• You have at least one year of experience in consulting in the areas of strategy and processes or IT management and software development, ideally within telecommunications companies.
• You have experience in process analysis and optimization.
• You are familiar with agile project and transformation methods.
• You can quickly grasp new information and apply it in a structured way of thinking and working.
• You are communicative and show initiative as well as a high sense of responsibility.
• You can communicate fluently in German and English.
• You are open to business travel.
