A friend of ours is looking for new colleagues for their growing project management team of 20 employees, operating German-wide in a multilingual environment (German and English) in a hybrid model. This role offers you the opportunity to participate in a wide range of digitalization projects, including the implementation of SAP systems and the development of IT governance structures. Your tasks
- Project management for exciting projects in the life science industry, especially in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and biotechnology sectors
- Strategic planning and operational execution of projects with different industry focuses
- Independent management of smaller projects or sub-projects in the implementation of future-proof IT and digitalization solutions as well as process management, e.g., SAP, CRM, or MES/LIMS implementation
- Operational collaboration on client projects in the Project Management Office (PMO) and application of classic and agile project management methods
- Responsibility for project control until successful project completion, including budget control and management of the project team
- Building and expanding your own professional expertise in project management as well as in processes and IT systems
- Development of target group-appropriate concepts and processes while adhering to agreed timeframes

You will enjoy the job if
- You have a completed degree and professional experience in consulting or (partial) project management of small or medium-sized projects and/or in Project Management Offices (PMO) in life science industry
- You have a good understanding of the entrepreneurial, business, and regulatory contexts and requirements of the process industry
- You have experience in classic and agile project management methods and knowledge of relevant tools
- You have good communication skills and are proficient in German and English
- You exhibit an open, positive demeanor and a high customer orientation
