A friend of ours works for a global IT service provider and is looking to expand his team in Hanau. He is searching for an Onsite IT Support Specialist who is proactive and committed to supporting employees. Your tasks
- You will be part of a six-member team and involved in 2nd level IT support for approximately 1,700 colleagues
- You ensure the continuous availability and smooth operation of IT systems (hardware & software)
- You handle requests via the ServiceNow ticketing system, qualify them, and escalate when necessary according to ITIL guidelines
- You administer Active Directory, software deployment, and mobile device management
- You create and maintain documentation and operational manuals
- You coordinate and oversee external service providers for spare parts and device replacement handling
- You are responsible for onboarding and offboarding new employees
