IT Support Specialist (f/m/d)

A friend of ours works at a global IT service provider and wants to expand his team in Hanau. He is looking for an onsite IT support employee who supports the staff with initiative and commitment. Your tasks

• You will work in a six-person team and be involved in 2nd level IT support for approximately 1700 colleagues nationwide.
• You ensure the constant availability and smooth operation of IT systems (hardware & software).
• You accept requests through the ServiceNow ticketing system, qualify them, and, if necessary, forward them according to ITIL.
• You administer Active Directory, software deployment, and mobile device management.
• You create and maintain documentation and operating manuals.
• You organize and accompany external service providers for spare parts and exchange equipment handling.
• You are responsible for the onboarding and offboarding of new colleagues.
