After finishing high school, I had my heart set on becoming a doctor. Meanwhile, I took a job as a recruitment admin. I can still recall the time I was prepping for my first major interview, and my initial step was to google ‘what is recruitment’. Admittedly, I was a bit lost at first. But as I delved deeper into the job and was entrusted with more responsibilities, I grew fond of it. It reached a point where I considered a complete 180-degree shift to fully embrace recruitment consultancy as my career path. I like to quip that being a recruiter is somewhat like being a doctor – only I’m helping people not with a scalpel, but with career changes and improvements.
I hold the honor of being the second hire in our close-knit team of four:) A regular week for me is centered on full-cycle recruitment. I navigate the process from sourcing candidates for tech and consulting positions to introducing them to our clients. On top of that, I actively manage and draw in clients, aiming to expand our portfolio and foster even more valuable relationships. 🙂
In a single word, it’s because of the colleagues I work alongside. They express the same values I hold dear, always placing our treasured candidates at the forefront.
I remember my first week here – it was filled with new experiences and excitement. But what truly stayed with me was watching Liene and Ersin seal deals, absorbing every bit of their knowledge about HOW they do recruitment – their drive, their tactics, and their passion. It was exceptional. I can only say – ‘double-close’. 😀
After work, I wear the hat of a full-time dog and cat mom. 😀 I genuinely love all things outdoors. Be it hunting, hiking, or cycling – you name it. Covering 30km by foot in a day is far more appealing to me than a night out.
