Who am I?
Hello! I’m Ersin, born and raised in the beautiful region of Hesse. I hold a degree in Industrial Engineering, and after my studies in Darmstadt, I decided to do something meaningful with my life and entered the world of IT recruiting 🙂.
What is my role at smartist.one?
I’m the other creator of smartist.one, ensuring its existence for the next 10 years. I’m always ready to listen and offer advice and support to every Smartist. I act as a coach and often share recruiting wisdom with others. My passion lies in sales.

What was the most beautiful experience in your everyday recruiting life at smartist.one?
There have been so many wonderful moments. Smartist’s first placement in 2020 was a special moment. Each addition to the Smartist team, or seeing the joy in our colleagues when they make their first placement. Every new day brings a beautiful experience.
What do I love doing after work?
I love sports and competition. So, you can find me at the gym or playing tennis after work. Okay, sometimes in front of the TV watching snooker :). I also relax by playing the piano and enjoy visiting good restaurants.
