Who am I?
I love being exposed to challenges and unprecedented situations. I embrace the opportunities to grow with open arms. In general, I like to live with the thought: ‘When was the last time I did something for the first time?’ I’m also a fan of critically questioning the opinions of others and forming my own judgment.
What is my role at smartist.one?
My task is to listen and understand – both on a personal and professional level. I take the information, process it, and find the best possible position. In the end, I am happy with the positive outcome for both candidates and clients.

I always try to fully tap into my potential, but certain working conditions are crucial for this. I place particular importance on qualities such as professionalism, ambition, and direct internal communication. What do I love doing after work?
Traveling makes my heart beat faster. I love exploring different cultures and countries to see how diverse people can truly be. Otherwise, I’m up for any adventure – whether it’s quad driving on a frozen lake, a three-day canoe trip with tents, or ice bathing.
