The Beginning

In August 2022, the cooperation with smartist.one started, which ran its course until the end of October 2022. Although the formal part of the collaboration ended then, the bond remains intact and continues to flourish.

The challenge

The candidate found himself frequently trapped in a loop of negative feedback. Either failing interviews because he was nervous or failing to find a company that he would be interested in working with and that resonated with his passion and ideals. With a starting point centered on refining the CV and tailoring its content to appeal to potential employers, he began to witness a shift. Engaging with the smartist.one consultant, the candidate practiced and enriched his approach with fresh insights, gradually building his confidence.

He was looking for a balance where his current knowledge could be utilized while also exploring new avenues. A place where his voice mattered. Turning Point

He received an offer from a progressive tech company. The position presented a harmonious blend of familiar terrain and uncharted waters. Here, he found himself at the forefront of a brand-new project, with the possibility to give input on how the project could be structured. The work environment was a dream come true – a supportive and open-minded team that championed flexibility and productivity. The ability to select tasks aligned with personal interest not only boosted morale but also led to surpassing project milestones without the specter of burnout.

Milestones Achieved

The past six months with the new company were transformative. The freedom, coupled with the opportunity to collaborate with adept professionals, made him feel valued. The learning curve was phenomenal – he learned more during this period than he had over two years in his previous employments.

From embarking on this journey as a Senior Front-End Developer, he has now grown into a proficient Full-Stack Developer with an enhanced focus on Back-End tasks.
